Rose-water fizz

Serves: 2



In a jug combine 100ml gin, the juice of 1 lemon, 10ml (2 tsp) castor sugar and 20ml (4 tsp) rose-water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, pour into 2 glasses, add ice and top with sparkling water.
