    Strawberry milk

    Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: 10 mins plus overnight for freezing

    Ingredients

    • 500g (2 punnets) fresh strawberries, hulled
    • 125ml (½ cup) castor sugar
    • 30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
    • 1 litre ice-cold milk, to serve

    Instructions

    Place the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and process until smooth.

    Pour into ice-block containers and freeze overnight.

    Serve the ice-cold milk with blocks of frozen strawberry pulp
