Strawbery and mango rocketini

Serves: 1


  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • 4 mango slices, chopped, fresh or tinned
  • 1 rocket leaf
  • 10ml strawberry syrup
  • 10ml mango syrup (or syrup from the mango tin)
  • 10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 50ml vodka
  • 50ml pomegranate juice
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 rocket leaf, to garnish
  • freshly ground black pepper, to garnish



In a cocktail shaker or glass jar with a secure lid, combine the strawberries, mango, rocket leaf, and strawberry and mango syrups. Muddle together using a wooden muddle or the back of a wooden spoon. Add the vodka, pomegranate juice and ice, and shake to combine. Strain through a fine meshed sieve into a martini glass. Garnish with a rocket leaf and a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper, and serve.
