• Sultanas marinated in a caper vinaigrette

    Ingredients

    • 100g capers, drained
    • 100g sultanas
    • 50ml white wine vinegar
    • 50ml white wine
    • 15g honey
    • 50ml olive oil
    • pinch salt

    Instructions

    Shake up all the ingredients together in a sealed jar. The mixture is ready to use straight away, served with hazelnut roasted cauliflower or a fresh seasonal salad. The marinated sultanas will last up to a week.
