• A twist on a Pimms cup – very simple and refreshing!

    Sunday cup: a twist on a Pimms cup

    Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: 5 mins


    • 1 cucumber, shaved into long ribbons
    • 4 sprigs fresh mint
    • 6 gooseberries
    • 4 strawberries, halved
    • ice, to fill
    • 1L (4 cups) ginger beer
    • 500ml (2 cups) lemonade



    In a large 2L jug, combine the cucumber, mint and fruit.


    Fill the jug with cubed ice and pour in the ginger beer and lemonade.


    Pour into glasses, making sure each glass gets some cucumber and ice.

    Cook’s tip: When doing multiple cocktails from 1 shaker/mixing glass/jug, do not fill your serving glasses one by one. Rather top them up in small increments until all evenly filled.
