• Tipiak winter fruit salad with quinoa

    • 240g Tipiak Organic Gourmand Quinoa
    • 2 oranges, peeled and diced
    • 80g dried figs, sliced
    • 80g dates, sliced
    • juice of 1 orange
    • salt freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • 30ml (2 tbsp) honey
    • 45ml ( 3 tbsp) lemon juice
    • 5ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon



    Cook the Organic Gourmand Quinoa according to packaging instructions, strain and pour into the salad bowl to cool.


    Once the quinoa is cold, add the orange pieces, figs, dates, orange juice and salt and pepper.


    Mix the honey with the lemon juice and cinnamon. Pour this dressing over the quinoa mixture and delicately stir. Serve immediately in plates or in individual verrines.


    During summer, you can prepare this salad with fruits like strawberries, raspberries or supplemented with mint or basil.
