We love the combination of the sweet juicy watermelon with the saltiness of the smoked beef. Spanspek or melon can be substituted for the watermelon.
Watermelon, smoked beef and pumpkin seed platter
- 250g smoked beef, sliced
- 30ml (2 tbsp) olive/avocado oil
- 15ml (1 tbsp) pumpkin seeds
- fresh pea shoots, to garnish
Arrange the watermelon on plates or a platter.
Plate the smoked beef slices and drizzle with the oil.
Garnish with the pumpkin seeds and pea shoots.
