- 4 gem squash
- 1 can creamed sweetcorn
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Chopped parsley to garnish
- Mince and cheese
- 4 gem squashes , halved, pips removed & cooked
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion , finely chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 carrots, finely grated
- 500 g lean mince
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup beef stock
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp chilli flakes ( optional)
- salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Grated cheese
- Fresh parsley , chopped
- Spinach, bacon and feta
- 1-2 cups chopped Spinach
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- ½ yellow bell pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cups diced bacon
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli flakes ( optional)
- 1-2 tsp flour
- ½ -1 cup cream
- Feta cheese crumbled
