• Cool down and energise your day with this simple Iced Coffee recipe straight from Food & Home. Bold coffee brewed in a French press is sweetened with coconut sugar, poured over ice and topped with creamy milk — easy to make at home and perfect for hot afternoons or a refreshing pick‑me‑up.

    Iced coffee

    Prep Time: 30 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 5 tbsp coffee grounds 
    • 2 ½ cups of boiling water 
    • 4 tsp coconut sugar (alternatively white/brown sugar can be used)
    • 1 ½ cups of full-cream milk 

    Instructions

    ADD coffee grounds to a coffee press.

    POUR the boiling water into the coffee press and stir well.

    ALLOW the coffee to brew for 3 minutes.

    GENTLY plunge the coffee and divide between two or four glasses

    ADD the coconut sugar and stir until it is dissolved

    ADD a handful of ice blocks to each glass and top with milk to taste
