Iced coffee
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp coffee grounds
- 2 ½ cups of boiling water
- 4 tsp coconut sugar (alternatively white/brown sugar can be used)
- 1 ½ cups of full-cream milk
Instructions
ADD coffee grounds to a coffee press.
POUR the boiling water into the coffee press and stir well.
ALLOW the coffee to brew for 3 minutes.
GENTLY plunge the coffee and divide between two or four glasses
ADD the coconut sugar and stir until it is dissolved
ADD a handful of ice blocks to each glass and top with milk to taste
