This macadamia burrata dipping plate is packed with juicy tomatoes, olives, roasted macadamia nuts, fragrant herbs and creamy burrata, all finished with a generous drizzle of rich macadamia nut oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve, slice the burrata, break a warm, crusty baguette, dip and enjoy!

    Macadamia burrata dipping plate

    Serves: 4 to 6
    Prep Time: 30 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup Macadamia nut oil
    • 2 to 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tomato, finely diced
    • 1/2 cup black pitted olives, finely diced
    • 3 sundried tomatoes, finely diced
    • 1 big handful fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1/2 lemon, zested
    • 1 ball burrata
    • 1 Baguette, warmed whole

    Instructions

    ADD all the ingredients onto a big platter or bowl, except the burrata and bread.

    MIX the ingredients together until they're all coated in the macadamia oil and balsamic vinegar.

    TOP with the burrata.

    SERVE with the warm, crusty baguette.

    SLICE the burrata open, break the bread, dip and enjoy!
