Rocky Road ice cream
Try our spin on a classic Rocky Road with just a 2 ingredient Ice cream base ! A delicious, simple and creamy treat , choc-filled with treats such as mini marshmallows, salty pretzels, sweet and chocolaty Easter eggs and warm and toasty hazelnuts, truly tying in those Easter feels.
HANDS-ON TIME 20 min | TOTAL TIME + FREEZING 4-6 hrs| SERVES 8-10
- 1 can condensed milk
- 450ml cream
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup pretzels, roughly crushed
- 5-6 different varieties of chocolate Easter eggs , roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 5-6 biscuits , crushed
WHIP the cream in a bowl using an electric mixer , until medium stiff peaks form.
GENTLY fold in the condensed milk.
FOLD in the mini marshmallows, pretzels, Easter eggs and hazelnuts.
TRANSFER the ice cream mixture into into a container of choice and place in the freezer Freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
SERVE scoops of the ice cream and top wit crushed biscuits.
