• For the 1st time in South Africa, two independent “LOCAL” restaurants will collaborate in a pop-up.

The Local Kitchen Co in Bryanston will be hosting The Local Grill as a pop-up in the evenings, starting from the 3rd of May, for a limited period.

“As far as I know, this is an industry 1st”, says Steve Maresch, owner of the iconic THE LOCAL GRILL in Parktown North.

“The Local Kitchen Co, owned by Piers Proctor and Ashleigh Milne, is a well-established, popular eatery in Bryanston and are ideal partners to execute our menu exactly to the standards we require. The restaurant is very similarly appointed to ours and we are confident Bryanston diners will experience the full Local Grill dining experience”.

Piers adds, “The Local Kitchen is excited to partner with The Local Grill. It gives us the opportunity to showcase our skills with such an exciting menu offering. Customers in Bryanston and surrounds can now experience the legendary Local Grill beef experience. This concept also breaks the mould of being categorised as a certain type of restaurant, but rather a destination for great food experiences.

    The Local Kitchen

Accoladed as one of South Africa’s best Steakhouses for the past 8 years, The Local Grill is widely known and revered for its speciality beef selection. Diners can choose between grass or grain-fed beef, dry or wet aged and a new collaborative menu bringing the best of both restaurants to the Bryanston diner.

Bookings now open on Dineplan or via e-mail on [email protected]
