- 3,5L full-cream milk
- 100g castor sugar
- 1 vanilla pod, split
- 30g cocoa powder
- Belgian dark chocolate, melted, to serve
Place the milk, sugar and vanilla pod in a pot over medium-high heat and
bring to a boil. Remove the vanilla pod, mix in the cocoa powder and stir until
combined. Remove from heat.
Pour some melted dark chocolate into a bottle, making sure it lines the sides.
Pour in the chocolate milk and allow to cool before sealing. Refrigerate until
ready to serve.
