    Creamy condensed milk & mint lemonade

    Serves: 5 cups
    Prep Time: 10 Total Time: 40

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup white sugar
    • Big handful mint
    • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1/3 cup condensed milk
    • 4 cups cold water
    • 3 cups ice cubes
    • 1 lemon, sliced
    • TO SERVE
    • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
    • Mint sprigs, extra

    Instructions

    PLACE sugar, mint and lemon juice in a large jug and muddle with a wooden spoon. Stir in condensed milk and water. Set aside to infuse for 30 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a jug.

    ADD ice and lemon slices to serving glasses and fill with lemonade. Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.

    Notes

    Muddle in other fruits such as berries or watermelon in the first step for a flavoured lemonade, or swap out the lemon juice for lime juice.
