• Green goddess tahini yogurt

    Staple vegan dressing recipe.

    TOTAL TIME 15 minutes | MAKES 1 ¾ cups 

     

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 clove garlic
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp tahini
    • ¾ cup vegan coconut yoghurt
    • 1 tbsp shredded fresh flat-leaf parsley

     

    METHOD

    PROCESS ingredients until smooth and well combined, season to taste.
