Marshmallow and cherry chocolate hearts
- 1 x 385g tin sweetened condensed milk
- 200g milk chocolate
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g marshmallows, roughly chopped
- 100g glacé cherries, chopped
Heat the condensed milk and chocolates in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring, until the chocolate has melted. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the 100g marshmallows and cherries, taking care to ensure some marshmallows do not melt. Tip the mixture into a lined 25cm x 19cm baking tray and refrigerate to set, about 1 hour.
Once set, cut out 5cm heart shapes with a cookie cutter
