• Orange and carrot juice

    This drink is high in vitamin C and deliciously refreshing!

     PREP TIME 10 min | SERVES 2

     

    INGREDIENTS

    • 125 g broccoli stalks, chopped coarsely 
    • 4 medium oranges, peeled
    • ½ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves 
    • 2 carrots, unpeeled, halved lengthways

     

    METHOD

    Push ingredients through a juice extractor into a jug, adding the basil in the middle of the order so the remaining ingredients help to push it through.

    Stir to combine. Serve immediately.
