• This recipe for Pomegranate Bubbly with berries and candyfloss are perfect for a celebration! The raspberries and pomegranate add a tangy twist, while the candy floss looks beautiful and adds that lovely sweetness.

    Pomegranate Bubbly with Berries & Candyfloss

    Serves 6

    INGREDIENTS

    • handful fresh raspberries
    • handful pomegranate rubies
    • 750ml (3 cups) sparkling wine/ Champagne
    • 6 small pieces pink candyfloss

    METHOD

    ADD a few fresh raspberries and pomegranate rubies to 6 Champagne flutes.

    JUST before serving, top each glass with sparkling wine or Champagne and finish off with a piece of candyfloss.
