    Make these seared greens with pecan nuts:

    Serves: 4-6
    Total Time: 15 mins


    • 1/2 Cup nuts, toasted
    • 200g long stem broccoli
    • 200g Fine green beans
    • 100g Butter
    • Salt & pepper, as needed
    • Juice of 1/2 a lemon



    In a pan, melt butter.


    Sear broccoli until it’s almost soft and has a deep green colour.


    Season with salt and pepper then set aside.


    In the same pan, melt butter and sear the green beans for 5-6minutes then season with salt & pepper.


    Add back the broccoli to the pan and sear both for 2minutes. Add with lemon then set aside.


    Sprinkle the toasted nuts
