The Hangover smoothie

Enter the fairest of them all: your go-to after painting the town red the night before. She is made up of superfoods, filled with antioxidants and probiotics, and will ensure you feel A-okay after one too many toasts.

The Hangover smoothie

Serves: 2


  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chilled green tea
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds



Place all of the ingredients in a blender.


Blend until smooth.
