    The Hangover smoothie

    Serves: 2


    • 1/2 cup blueberries
    • 1/2 cup strawberries
    • 1/2 cup chilled green tea
    • 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yoghurt
    • 2 tablespoons chia seeds



    Place all of the ingredients in a blender.


    Blend until smooth.
