• Watercress and crab wholewheat roll

    Put 80ml good-quality mayonnaise in a bowl and stir in 40ml finely chopped caperberries and 30ml fresh lemon juice. Cut 4 seed rolls in half and lightly spread the mayonnaise on both halves. Top with 100g fresh watercress, 4 sliced crab sticks and half a sliced cucumber. Season to taste.
