Ginger-beer cocktail
Ingredients
- handful crushed ice
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into wedges
- rind of 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 500ml (2 cups) store-bought/home-made ginger beer
- 125ml (½ cup) brandy
Instructions

Divide the crushed ice, apple wedges and lemon rind between 2 glasses.

Top up each glass with the store-bought/home-made ginger beer and brandy.
