• Warm green salad

    This is a cost-effective midweek family supper for days when you need fuss-free meals that will still impress – you’re welcome!

    SERVES 4 | EASY | TOTAL TIME 30 mins

     

    INGREDIENTS

    • 400 g broccolini
    • 200 g green beans
    • 170 g sugar snap peas
    • mixed herb salad dressing

     

    METHOD

    Preheat the oven to 200˚C.

    In a large baking tray, mix together 400g broccolini and 200g green beans.

    Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.

    Bake in the preheated oven until the vegetables are cooked, 15 – 20 minutes.

    Transfer the vegetables to a serving dish, add 170g sugar snap peas and drizzle with the mixed herb salad dressing.

    Serve.
