Serves 4 EASY 30 mins
Preheat the oven to 200˚C. In a large baking tray, mix together 400g broccolini and 200g green beans. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste. Bake in the preheated oven until the vegetables are cooked, 15 – 20 minutes. Transfer the vegetables to a serving dish, add 170g sugar snap peas and drizzle with the mixed herb salad dressing. Serve.
