Feta beetroot and rocket salad
Ingredients
- Dressing
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
 - Salt & freshly ground pepper
 - Salad
 - 200 -250 grams cook beetroot
 - ½ cup feta,crumbled
 - 120 grams rocket leaves
 - 3 tbsp chopped toasted walnuts
