On Wednesday, 29 March 2023, in celebration of the partnership between Inverroche & Ellerman House, we were were hosted at a beautifully curated and nature-inspired space at Ellerman House.
We were welcomed with high-end cocktails, decadent canapés, and Inverroche gins paired with handmade chocolates – all while listening to the sounds of Acoustic Element’s live performance.
Inverroche is a French-inspired gin that is not only award winning, but also known for its distinct flavour and unique packaging. Founder Lorna Scott went to study gin and was inspired to start her own gin brand inspired by nature.

Highlights of the launch event included a mobile Gin Academy showcase where guests were educated on the Inverroche processes and the making of the exclusive gin.
Inverroche designed this experience to allow guests the opportunity to enter the luxurious and tailored world of Inverroche by crafting their own gin. The journey of crafting our own gin began by choosing our own selection of the fynbos botanicals and a base spirit, witnessing the distillation process and ultimately bottling our own personalised creations.
The Inverroche Gin Academy is exclusive to Ellerman House in Cape Town and is available only to in-house guests every Thursday evening during high season. To enquire about availability, please contact [email protected]
