Mini fresh fruit tartlets are fresh, fruity, bite-sized delights. We’ve cut the work in half by using pre-made pastry shells, which makes these lovely tartlets absolutely effortless. Elegant, delicious, and light. 

Mini fresh fruit tartlets

Serves: 12
Cooking Time: 20 mins


  • 12 pre-prepared mini tart cases
  • 250ml (1 cup) custard
  • 100ml whipping cream, whipped to
  • stiff peaks
  • sliced seasonal fresh fruit of your
  • choice: figs, gooseberries, mangoes,
  • raspberries, star fruit



Fill the tart cases one-third full of custard.


Top with the whipped cream.


Arrange the fruit attractively on top of the tart, plate up and serve.


To drink: An Italian prosecco is light and bubbly, with delicate flavours that won’t overpower the fruits
