• Salmon and cucumber on forks served with crème fraîche and lemon drizzle

    Serves: Serves about 12
    Cooking Time: 10 mins


    • 1 cucumber
    • 150g smoked salmon
    • 60ml (¼ cup) crème fraîche
    • juice of ½ lemonsalt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste



    Using a potato peeler, peel the cucumber so that you have long thin pieces. Fold the pieces into a fork. Do the same with the salmon and repeat with another piece of cucumber.


    Mix the crème fraîche and lemon juice, and season. Drizzle over the forks just before serving.
