Make a warm summer afternoon even more magical with a Strawberry Fizzer. This pretty and pink cocktail is sweet and refreshing. A delicious celebration beverage.

- 450g strawberries
- 15ml (1 tbsp) icing sugar
- crushed ice
- 15ml (1 tbsp) vodka
- sparkling wine
- fresh strawberries, to garnish
Place strawberries and icing sugar in a blender or food processor and blitz until it becomes a smooth purée.
Pass the purée through a fine sieve into a bowl. Cover and chill.
Half-fill eight champagne flutes with crushed ice. Divide the chilled strawberry purée among the flutes and add vodka to each glass.
Top up the glasses with sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
