Watermelon crush



Freeze 1 litre seeded, cubed watermelon overnight. In a blender combine the watermelon, 125ml (½ cup) gin, 60ml (¼ cup) sugar syrup and 30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice. Serve in short glasses.
