BCO x BraaiDay Marinade Recip
- 25ml Soya Sauce
- 20ml Canola Oil
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Worcestershire Sauce
- 5ml Garlic Powder
- 5ml Onion Powder
- 10ml Whole Coriander Seeds
- 5ml Smoked Paprika
- 30ml (or more) Banhoek Chilli Oil
COMBINE all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
PLACE preferred steak or chicken cuts in the marinade and leave overnight ideally, or on the day, for at least 3 hours.
THIS marinade can also be used as a basting.
