Ginger-beer cocktail

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • handful crushed ice
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into wedges
  • rind of 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 500ml (2 cups) store-bought/home-made ginger beer
  • 125ml (½ cup) brandy

Instructions

Divide the crushed ice, apple wedges and lemon rind between 2 glasses.

Top up each glass with the store-bought/home-made ginger beer and brandy.

Enjoy immediately. Cheers!
