    Creamy spinach with chickpeas, atchar and toasted naan

    Ingredients

    • Creamy spinach
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 300 g spinach, stems removed and chopped 
    • 1 tbsp flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • ½ cup cream 
    • Spicy chickpeas
    • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    • 1 tbsp chilli paste
    • ½ red pepper, deseeded and coarsely chopped
    • ¼ cup cream
    • To serve
    • ¼ cup mango atchar
    • 2 naan bread, lightly toasted
    • 3 tbsp crispy onions
