• Crunchy rice salad

    Cooking Time: 10 mins

    Ingredients

    • 300g (1,5 cups) brown
    • and wild rice, cooked
    • 100g raisins
    • 100g flaked almonds, toasted

    Instructions

    Place the rice in a mixing bowl and add the raisins and half the almonds. Toss until well combined.

    Transfer the rice mixture to a serving dish, top with the remaining almonds and serve immediately.
