    2-minute choc chip cookies

By Haley's Joys Serves: Makes 2 cookies

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cup (40 g) plain flour
    • 1 tbsp brown sugar
    • 1 tbsp caster sugar
    • 1 egg yolk
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 tbsp butter, softened
    • ¼ tsp vanilla
    • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

    Instructions

    1

Place all the ingredients, excluding the mini chocolate chips, into a small bowl and mash together using a fork until they are thoroughly combined.

    2

Add the choc chips to the mixture and then lightly mix together until the choc chips are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

    3

Lightly coat two ramekins with butter. Roll the dough into two balls and gently press each ball into the base of a ramekin.

    4

Microwave each cookie individually on high for 90 seconds and then check the cookie. Depending on whether you like your cookies crunchy or chewy, you may need to microwave for a further 15-30 seconds. The longer you microwave the cookie, the crunchier it will become.
