We love a good Chai tea and what better way to enjoy your morning cuppa tea than in spicy smoothie? This 5-ingredient smoothie is the ultimate start to any day. If you want a thicker or creamier smoothie, you can substitute the coconut milk with low-fat Greek yoghurt.

Chai and pineapple smoothiePrint Recipe
- 1 chai teabag
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 1 small banana, peeled
- 125ml (½ cup) coconut milk
- ice cubes, to serve
Break the teabag and place the chai leaves in the blender with the pineapple, banana and coconut milk.
Blend until smooth and pour into glasses.
Add a few ice cubes and serve immediately.
