Gnocchi with sage beurre noisette
Ingredients
- 1 packet (500g) gnocchi
 - 50grams butter, cubed
 - 6-8sprigs sage
 - Parmesan, to serve

Instructions
PREPARE the gnocchi, by bringing a large pot of water to a boil and seasoning well with fine salt. Drop your gnocchi in batches, once they float to the top they are ready to be removed.
MAKE the beurre noisette, by heating a pan over high heat. Once the pan starts to smoke lightly add your butter and cooked gnocchi. Fry until the gnocchi is golden and crisp and the butter is starting to turn a dark brown colour. Add your sage and give the pan a good shake.
SERVE Gnocchi with sage beurre noisette immediately with a bit of grated parmesan.
Notes
Tip: If you have too much gnocchi to cookouts always bets to cook them in batches or in two separate pots. Never overcrowd your pot.
