Granadilla, rose and pomegranate sparkling cocktail

    Serves: 2
    Cooking Time: 10 mins

    Instructions

    1

To 2 glasses of your choice, add pomegranate juice so as to fill the glasses up by one third, then add 5ml (1 tsp) rose water and top up with South African Brut MCC. Add a squeeze of orange juice, the pulp of 2 granadillas and a small handful pomegranate rubies to each glass and serve immediately. If desired, make granadilla ice cubes by adding a little granadilla pulp to the moulds of an ice tray and topping them up with water, then freezing. Alternatively, add standard ice cubes just before serving your cocktails.

    Notes

For an international twist, use Italian Prosecco or Spanish Cava instead of South African bubbly.
