    Haute Cabrière, situated in the picturesque Franschhoek valley, focusses exclusively on the creation of wines from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varietals. The winery was also the first in South Africa to create a still wine from the blend traditionally reserved for the production of sparkling wines, known as the Haute Cabrière Chardonnay Pinot Noir.
