    A deliciously moist cake-like baked dessert with flavours reminiscent of banana bread. Serves 6 EASY 45 mins Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 25cm-diameter cast-iron pan or baking dish. Blitz 3 large eggs, 1 (120g) banana, 250ml (1 cup) thick/double thick cream, 80g self-raising flour, 110g melted salted butter, 60g honey, 60g muscovado sugar and 1 tsp vanilla essence in a food processor until smooth.
